FUSE hosts its first monthly general assembly for the year, focusing on “DepEd’s Reforms in Teacher Development and the Challenges and Gaps for Possible Partnerships” delivered by Dr. Jennifer Lopez, Officer-in-Charge and Director IV of the DepEd’s National Educators Academy of the Philippines.
Dr. Lopez gave an informative presentation on the recent reforms initiated by the Department of Education (DepEd) to enhance teacher development. She outlined various initiatives designed to improve professional growth opportunities for educators, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning in delivering quality education.
During her talk, she also addressed the existing challenges and gaps in the current system, highlighting areas that require attention and improvement.
